I applaud you for your walk today. Being the glass half full kinda gal, I see every positive thing I do for my body as a big plus. Even if I don't meet my own expectations for that particular day or workout (usually when I don't feel good or I am feeling depressed), I still count it as way better than doing nothing (which is usually what I felt like doing)...so see, MUCH better...every little bit counts....right?
