I guess our more typical winter is here and going to stay for awhile *sigh* I think walking is temporarily on hold for a few weeks.
Tomorrow starts my new regime. Like I said, walking is out for several weeks at least. Feb. 1st I recommit to a new plan.

Got all my hair cut off yesterday. I told the stylist 'do what ya want'. She hated my chickenhead cut so I let her loose.
I really have no hair sculpting skillz and the cut isn't really what I like but I'll give it time (do I have a choice ??) So basically I'm saying that pic is me yesterday. Like one of my msn friends tells me "we all take bad pictures sometimes".
I probably need to ask around what to buy to hold my hair the best - I'm stoopid that way.

Hey Randy! I hear you about total control, I'm leaning that way too. February is going to be a big loss month for me, I'm going to reach my pre-pregnancy weight (of 6 years ago, 182 lbs) if it kills me.

I got into a bad cracker habit over the last month. It started out with a handful was 'only' 60 cals and I was still eating my catabolic snacks and then I got more reachy for the crackers and less on the catabolics and eventually got to the point where it just got mindless.
Simple solution - revert back to my shopping discipline. Case closed. I just want to fine-tune a leak or two in my daily routine. I still have the fast-food fast going for me. I haven't even gained any weight - in fact I lost 2 lbs over the holidays and up till now but 2 lbs isn't exactly the numbers I was looking for.
I got one more good run up my sleeve
Watch me go this time around I have no doubt you'll achieve that 182 but I will humbly yield to accepting what your weather is like now that it's in my face. It sure limits progress.

I buy my hubby got2be glue #4 screaming hold for his hair. Which about the same cut as yours. He puts it in when still damp and styles it and if it gets mashed under his stocking cap a quick scrub with very damp hands gets it back in style. You can buy it at most supercenter stores.
