Yeah ok, I'd hate to get 'de-knighted'. This Royal pressure is heavy.
Dropping in to say HI! I got my exercise in for today and am feeling pretty good. No weight loss yet, but I feel good!!
Good for you Mechelle

I worry about you sometimes, today I won't.
9 miles total in one day??? WOW, that is fantastically amazing! Way to go!!!! I guess I have no excuse to not even get in a few lazy miles myself, eh? And, did I read this right, you did this in PA? I'm in Pittsburgh and it is FREEZING today, only 23. I had to walk across the Smithfield Street bridge form parking to downtown. Correction, I nearly ran, it was THAT cold. I really have to find some motivation to get back on my walking routine. At one point in my life I was up to 7 miles a day and felt so guilty if I missed a day. Those days are long gone, although I shouldn't dwell on it, right? Just refresh and restart..... I wish it wasn't so darn cold though at 6 a.m.!

Congratulations on your 9 miles. I am in awe.
Much thanks Princess.
I don't think those days are long gone, just displaced temporarily. You'll pick up when the days get longer and more to your scheduling. I've said it a thousand times, I don't have the distractions 99% of you have.
The only 'pat on the back' I'll accept is utilizing my situation to my fullest right now and of course this is suppose to lead me back to the working world eventually. My vision is to lose as much as possible while I have the free time (which is tricky in itself) because the rules of engagement will change once I become a '9 to 5'er' like most of you - then we'll see if T2 is 'all that'.
Yeah today was bitter cold (25 and windy) up here too but I'm sure I was a lil better dressed for it than you perhaps. I'm sure crossing the bridges on foot were bone-shattering today with that wind coming up the river unobstructed.
I'd be lying if I didn't admit to the guilt de facto too. For now I think reasonable (not obsessive) guilt is still a good system of checks and balances for me. I know we advise people on here not to feel guilty yada yada yada but I personally throw that rule out for myself. I expect everything, for others on here, I don't.
Hello there T, hope your morning is off to a good start.....actually its like 6 min till noon......but hey........I spent the mornign unfreezing a buddies water lines under her trailer..........that sucks majior you know what!!!! I felt like a popsicle after 2hrs in 4degree temp............. we used a salamander heater that one of my other buddies had to do most the work.......when that tub water started to trickle out i almost did a cartwheel........almost

!!!!! hope your day is better than mine.......off to work now at 1:00 so later on bro!!!! STAR
Well ain't you just the Mrs. Tim Taylor !! waddawoman !! nice of you to pitch in and help out a friend in need but then I'm not surprised either. You are thee Original Star !!
Our first crib was a 14 x 70 and even with heat tape (and in my thinner years) I had to do exactly what you did today. I burnt up at least a couple dozen hair blowdryers melting frozen pipes. We use to actually shovel the snow up higher than the skirting to insult and cut down the wind chill factor. After the 3rd winter of all that nonsense, I dug the water line up and put it 3 feet deeper under ground and ran the up-pipe thru the heating duct and ended that problem.
I got 6 miles in today and my toes are thawed out now so all in all it was a good day.
Hope yours ends better than it started.
