Just back from a 4 mile trail walk and oh boy !! it doesn't take long to get out of that rhythm
I punished myself for not being a nice person last night and the way things are going here, I'll probably do it again tonight I went to the family doctor on the 20th and he charted me with a loss of 6 lbs since Nov. 21st - more than likely this was a result of my infection and lack of eating during that time. We also measured my waist and it was 40.5 inches which was no surprise to me as I know my 42 pants were a big waste of $$ because I had to drill holes in my new belt and the pants material is doubled up from pulling them in tight.
Kinda sucks but I guess it's not the worse problem to have considering the alternative is going to bigger pants. My lower ab flab has been coming off nicely as well - but then it pretty much has to, there isn't too many more areas to lose from at this point.
I had to go to Walmart for new curtain rods, My neighbor got up and did 5 stupid steps in the wrong direction and smashed into the wall and clutched a handful of my drapes on the way down and mutilated all the hardware. Was funny to watch and I laughed my ass off. Drunks can be so much fun to watch

Sounds like quite the party!
The thing about the clothes you're ging to be buying now: They are normal price.
I'm a big guy, I have a 56 inch waist; I pay $50 for jeans. With a 40-42 inch waist, you can shop just about anywhere.
I gave up at 50 and stayed sweatpants-bound. It was a sign of my unhappiness to admit I needed anything bigger so I avoided actually knowing what size I actually wore.
I have to admit the reward has been pretty awesome for clothes buying now, it does feel good.
