anyone know what time period these Biggest Losers did all this in ?? good gawd, that Matthew lost 176 pounds !! that's just incredible !!
 
Brain was by far the most changed look in my opinion. Erik was just incredible.

I never felt so inspired by other people in weight loss like this, I'm still watching the balloons drop here.
 
My day ?? I'm glad there is only one 13th a month. It sure describes my day.

Hi Trucker. I read 26 pages of your diary today! It is so good to be reading what you wrote some months back knowing the progress you have made in the meantime. I copied your eggplant recipe. I have never made it without too much oil. It's on my list for next week now.

As I'm just starting on this path, it really helps to be in touch with someone who has made soooo much progress.

I missed all of you guys watching it at the same time! We watched it last night..I'm passing the links over to Tomble right now... We were just floored. Tivo'd it. I'm most excited because, I have the same body stature as Wiley did.... and if thats what I can evenutally get down too...I'm STOKED! But erik was just AMAZING.... even the muscle tone he built up! Just nuts!

I know when they called Poppi down I had nooo idea who she was, then they showed a before picture and my mouth dropped :eek: I was sooo stunned that that was her, she looked amazing!!!
