I don't know where I stand weight-wise right today but I'm sure it's gonna be close to see who wins our lil challenge. Actually you have the upper hand right now on me due to my walking restriction but I'm still watching my menu carefully - even though it's been liquid-based the last 2 days ;)

I'm in good shape this morn, I didn't overdo it last night. I had a wonderful evening with great company with superb mellowness added in.

Sucks about the snow and the gym DQ :( Record-breaking warm temps here today but it won't last - it never does :mad:

Did Chelsea approve my application ?? I never heard back from her :mad: This can't be a good sign :(
 
I'm here. Debating whether to admit all my guilt for the weekend.

I guess I really got caught up in the 'spirit' aspect of the 'tis the season' thing. Something triggered it and I need to regroup. Weight-wise I doubt I did much damage.

Thx General, if I didn't have lower ab flab issues, I think I'd stop fairly soon. I don't really have much insecurity where I'm at now. Leaving the morbidly obese world has exceeded my wildest dreams in the quality of life, especially the social avenue.
