Getting a late start today (tonight). Trust me, my stick done got stirred today. I'll bet some will take that the wrong way. Probably best I don't explain it anyway....

It should've been titled: French Fries Last Revenge :p Cremation is still my choice of passage to the land of dust - I like the express lane in all things living and in death. It is written.
 
Hey T2, Use whatever works, im 100% behind you on the 'free' stuff - i use it a lot.
Im supposed to be on 1200-1500 calories (mostly proteins because im doing weights) but often find ive eaten enough at 1000 because like you ive also trained the stomach to shrink a fair bit, and physically cannot eat more (without feeling ill).

Its always good to find your fav food and make sure you can include it in whatever diet you're doing - otherwise it feels like you're depriving yourself eh :)

Speaking of which, im late for my fortnightly curry group (my poison is super Indian hot butter chicken)

Anyway the whole point to this speel - keep up the fantastic work, you rock!
