Off to the trail. Too nice to sit here all day and I'm sure the scenery is going to be awesome. I just sprayed on my toxic ladybug repellent, ipod is charged, Propel in hand and of course the XL hoodie is slated for its shakedown run.

7 miles is my goal - we shall see...

I didn't make it quite 7 miles but I did make it 6.5. Not sure what the problem was but the first mile into it I was ready to hang it up. I'm not even sure where I found the gumption to do the whole walk, all I know is I did. I think I was low on intake and just didn't have the energy. I think the adrenaline of the outdoors and beauty wouldn't let me surrender. *shrugs*

I feel a nap coming on.
