I'm glad I stopped by here T2, that craving I had for McDonald's french fries just flew out the window! :eek: ...feeling a little queesy (sp?)

Without a doubt, I was a huge lover of Mickey D's piping hot heart cloggers to the point of abuse. I didn't need the visible evidence to sway me away from them but it will absolutely be etched in my cerebrum till death do me part - which hopefully will be prolonged now by avoiding that category of food (poor wording).

Seriously, here at home I've been on baked french fries for about 20 years but I still was very fast food dependant for most of those years so I didn't really trade off much in the way of benefit.

I hope you find the courage to eliminate fast food from your life. :)
 
Hello Bumble bee girl! I can't believe I managed to get this fat without the help of fast food. I don't have an issue staying away from it because it doesn't exist here on my island. No fast food, none. We had a burger king and a KFC years ago but nobody ate it and they went out of business. No, I got to were I am today with pure unadultered glutony.
That vial of fat sounds like something that should be available from view at every fast food restaurant. If you order fries you have to view the vial before you can pay for the food or eat it. LOL! ick!
So, I hope your day is merry and bright. BTW, what are you going to school for, I'm sure you've answered this question before but I can't remember with all the different members doing different degrees and such...hard to keep track.

And at the time we do this, we don't seem to mind doing this - how strange is that ?? I know I'm guilty as all hell of doing it.

Just a course in Medical Terminology. Not sure what I'll do with it later, the main idea was just to get in a class and start testing myself after 29 years out of school. I have a Pharmacology class in Nov.-Dec. on top of that I'm starting refresher school tomorrow 3 hours a day, 2 days a week.
