LOL I didn't say the food monster passed me by!! LOL It was good food but it was still food! :p:D hehehee

T2, does your siggy say 258? As in you've lost 113 pounds? As in you lost 12 pounds for the challenge? As in you only have 58 to go?

I wish there was a smiley with it's chin on the floor so you can see how amazed I am by you. I fear the Termin-eaters!!!!

Doing great, honey bun!!! And look at you being a mentor to that guy you met on the track the other day. He probably went home with a completely new lease on the journey before him. I'm glad you're going to stay in touch with him. He needs a friend like you.

Will this work ?? Edit: I put it in the siggy, wouldn't animate in the posting field. Just for you Scarlett :)

Yes, that was 12 lbs during the challenge Your Sweetness. I took full advantage of the intense heat and doubled up on my walk. I nailed my other exercises about 12 days out of the 14 also.

That was my first and last challenge. This site has turned into a "save the children" place. At least in my diary you know what you're getting, The real me. I don't do babysitting and I don't do coddling. I don't see me frequenting this place near at the level I did earlier.

I'm not leaving completely, But I think my work here is done.

~Sam~, I got your backside covered. No worries there. I'm glad you're on my MSN were where we can have no-holds barred weight loss discussions. Sometimes getting tough has to been done and said.

I hate to use a movie quote but to some people you just have to holler: "You can't handle the truth"

Anyway Sam, you have the right stuff to pull this weight loss off. I know you want it bad. You won't deny yourself.

T2!!! Excellent job on the weight loss!! I think you saved the Termin-Eaters!!

PS: I love the new smiley- So cute!!

-N-

Thank you -N- and well done by you too. Now I'm going out and having me a big 'ol greasy Hasta La Vista Pizza ;)

I will never be able to listen to Roxette without thinking of you ever again. These things just happen, I don't question it.

Cassie, nice job on the challenge hun *attagirl* Just don't change the lock on me and stop trying to slam the door on my butt !!

Have fun with the "Save the Children" group on here, they seem like a lovely bunch, spineless perhaps, but lovely nonetheless.

LOL the lock will never change, T :D And thank you :D LOL It'll be different but it'll be a bit o' fun :D

You did GREAT on the challenge ( I just took a peaky! :D )! Keep your foot ready to kick my butt and this foot will be ready should you ever need it :D

Good Morning Adults.

Aaahhh. The first challenge. Well I took the challenge seriously and aided by a monster hot weather streak, I surpassed my own imagination in pounds lost. Just have to say it was a TEAM EFFORT and my TEAM MATES did an OUTSTANDING JOB !! Congrats team.

I have decided to ease up on my diet a bit. It's time. I made a good hardcore run but I now realize that 200 lbs by October is only minimally possible and to try to keep this pace up is not as important to me right now. The big picture is I have reached a level of mobility and public confidence that will assist me to my eventual personal goals without the ball-busting effort. Don't read into this as someone giving up, nothing could be further from the truth.

Last night I went and bought three 2X shirts. This was a big event for me. My daughter called me and insisted on me picking her up and buying some new garments, so I did, talk about emergence..:)

It's so hard to keep reading the "tomorrow is another day" chant on here. If you don't have your priorities in place for today, "tomorrow" is meaningless. Too bad some people think lifestyle changes get a day off.

I am so glad to see someone like you, who has been there and done that, saying this, if for no other reason than to reinforce my own belief that it is NOT OK to cheat on your diet if you are serious about changing the way you live.

My wife said it best, "This is not a diet, it is a fundamental change in the way you live your life."

Leaving, no. Just resisting my passion for being here too much. I bring down the "Save the Children" crowd. It's best I just contain my comments to my own diary and keep it a 'safe haven' for myself.

I'm not ego-fueled by my diary so I'm not vain enough to sit here and refresh my diary 20 hours a day. I will miss the near-real time jostling and giggles we sometimes have on here but further posting on other peoples threads was starting to cause the "Dance on a Volcano'.

No Mana, you can't get rid of a pain-in-the-ass like me that easily ;) Somehow I never wanted anything more than to help people but it's hard to help people that can't help themselves past the point where they expect forum hugs for failure and counting on tomorrow to be the cure-all.

The old saying 'Tomorrow never comes' must've been invented for casual dieters and the likes.

Mornin' Hon!

LOL thats a GOOD thing! ;) :D

You're up early this mornin', T :D LOL HOpe your day is a good one :D (are you expecting the blasted rains that we're getting? I hope not! enjoy the sun for me :D )

Hey T2... I'm not really sure if your including me in this so called "Save the children" group or not, but I just wanted to let you know either way that you've been a real inspiration to me. Every comment you left me, though they were few, made me smile, and if all I had to look foward to each day was just that I was fine. Your just a really great person, and I know you get told that on a daily bases, but none the less you are.

Much love.

GM Doll, hope everything is well on the homefront and your son is ok. Since you're playing 'nurse' today I have this thing that could use a qualified, experienced home nurse's attention...

-Jen No I don't include you in that group. You're made of good stuff, seem well dedicated to your cause and will end up kicking ass and taking names before this is all said and done. My inpiration means nothing unless you turn it into your own perspiration. You know this. You get it. You have my forum love unconditionally for that reason. You make it easy to support you because you're accepting the the good fight on your own terms. No matter what age, any Kentucky girl worth her salts is a strong person by nature, so you did the chubby for awhile, now you're trying to fix it. What's not to love ??

LMAO! Ah, T, you are a great way to start the mornin'! LOL "The nurse is currently with another patient. Please hold." :p:D LMAO!

Thanks, Hon. I sure needed that! :D
