Have you seen that documentary with the guy who ate McD's for a month. Definately fight it.
I had McDs on my trip to Chicago and for the next week I was fighting crazy food cravings all the time. I haven't been back since.

BTW, did you say Part 3, as in your story Part 3 ...... welll........ you're going to make us all crazy with waiting.

(pssst, I'm painting my toenails this weekend.)

-hf hehe, it's not a planned funk. Unless you're a diabetic, you probably can't understand. Some diabetics call them 'sick' days. I like the term 'blah' days. They just happen. I will say they are much more infrequent since a substancial commitment to my health has been implemented, so I can deal with it with ease now.

I did test my bloodsugar today - a 93 - really a perfect number, but the number itself doesn't prevent blah days. There is no exact science to why or how they occur but it's conclusive the frequency rate lessens or increases with the general condition you leave your body in.

-Mana Will that be sent to me in avi. or wma. format ?? and yes, THAT Part 3 ;)

No, I'm not diabetic therefore I don't understand. I'm sorry that it happens though. Hopefully your "blah" day will surpass and you can get on with your part 3 that manaloa seemed so excited about! :)

the fast food thing is something we all should forget about. 5 months is simply amazing. Don't give in, if you've lasted 5 months you're strong enough to continue.

Manoloa mentioned "Super Size Me" which was a doc by Morgan Spurlock (sp), if you haven't seen it... it'll open up your eyes to just how harmful fast food really is.

Stay strong, and hope you feel better soon!

Mike

T2

Some very moving statements you made. Thank you for your honesty and support.

Hey T2,

I definately understand Diabetes. Both my mom and dad have type 2. I am extreme risk for it aswell, that is why I'm trying to get healthy as early in my life as possible now. I hope your "blah" day goes away soon....have you ever tried golgie (I'm not sure how it's spelled right) juice....my dad swears on that stuff. I've seen the affects and it's pretty amazing...I'll ask my dad tonight how to spell it....but it really helps with his diabetes and mood swings and such.

Hi Ya T!!:D Can I help with the "blah"? ;):D hehehehe I HOPE to catch up to ya tonight... if not, I hope you were able to get your walk in and enjoy your dinner :D (I'm STILL craving a danged salad!!! LOL)

Hey T2, hope the blah day is gone with the wind :p I hate those days!!
