And don't beat yourself up too much about having a day like that. Sometimes your body is just saying "Hey fool, today I need a little bit more calories and nutrition. So give it to me dammit!!". But one day like that is not going to set you back. You're doing awesome!

That's a BIG 10-4 !!

I got two sets in so far today in my July challenge. Talk about hamstring burn !! I know I'm gonna pay for this one in spades. I think we're gonna pass on the toe touches and deep leg bends for the rest of the day and rep out the remaining sets of sink ups and JJ's.

Ahh T2, don't be sad!!! I savored every TINY morsel and then calmly threw out the rest of the cake. Yup. threw it out - or I'd eat it :eek: You can eat the radishes. They'd send me to the hospital (I am allergic to the onion family and they are in it ) - sending cyber cake to make your radishes taste better :D Did ya get it yet??? LOL
 
Schweeeeeet Bize !! I owe you big time.

I'm really not doing too bad tonight, I didn't eat supper till 7:30 and I had gnocchi which is one of my more filling dinners. I got a decent amount of exercise today too. Ouch !! that bengay burns :eek:

Why is it trying to feel younger is only making me feel older ??

Well there's something to be said what diabetes can do to the male species in the hair dept. I'm guessing circulation and hair growth work together. I really did expect my leg hairs to grow back since my feet are in great shape circulation-wise again.

I think we're heading into TMI land here :eek:
