Thank you Ladies. I'm glad you're along for the ride. I'm addicted to the forum and the people in it as much as my diet itself.

Everyone makes losing the weight even that much more worth the while. I love the fact we have no fear of being what are dreams are leading us towards.

This is a great place to walk towards the light ;)
 
Hey Trucker. I don't actually think I lost 36 pounds... I know I used to weigh 232 before... Somehow I weigh 204 now. But thanks!

By the way... I'm glad to hear you think there's no shame in second place. I hope you still feel that way when you come in second. *cackles*

We know they fear our team, I don't blame them for trying to talk slop on us. They should go ahead and put our names on the trophy now.

Good Morning to everyone fighting the good fight.

Special Thanks to Epi and Mal.

-Epi expanded my mind on re-thinking my protein intake and the importance in a dietary strategy.

-Mal had a link up for www.fitday.com and I spent last night filling out my day and was surprised at the results. I hope to stick with doing fitday for awhile just to see what I'm doing right or wrong with daily requirements.

I'm really gonna be hard-pressed finding a substitute for Egg Beaters (or any egg for that matter) to increase low-cal, high protein. I'm sure I'll find something suitable. This might be the time to explore the fish family and find some clever recipes.

*Waves at my Favorite Cheerleader* Ugh !! all those hours of work.:mad: :(

I want to pass on some encouragement to the other 4 teams in the Challenge. I know it's hard to accept that our team is gonna win but remember you will still benefit health-wise even in second place so don't get discouraged. :D

Thanks for writing back in my journal hun and I finally read through all your posts to find out you lost 100lbs!!! Holy S**t that is a Backstreet Boy you lost there!! lmao :D I can relate to what your saying Trucker, these forums are very addicting as heck to be on and with so many wonderful and caring people supporting us, I can see why we keep coming back for more. I am having a blast and thank you for being so sweet to me! Your an angel with batwings! :p
 
LOL Mia. One Backstreet Boy. Yes Trucker, our team is going to win. You mentioned that we eat Termites??? Do they come in low fat and no cholesterol. :p
 
i think to make termites tasty they h ave to be served either covered in chocolate and caramel or sauteed in a nice garlic, butter and cream sauce..,. either way - i'm not sure the protein really matters at that point? Besides allt he wood they eat- youmight get spinters in your tummy :D

I'm thinking they'll be ok with a lil tabasco sauce, if that fails I'll try a worchestershire sauce with soy marinade.

LoL Mal, I knew I could count on you to have a recipe or two handy for termites ;) I noticed that they weren't in any category on Fitday, looks like a manual entry will have to be made for those lil critters - and chocolate is OUT of the question !! you saboteur you !!

Reminds me of How To Eat Fried Worms. Did you read that book when you were a kid?

As for the name, I think it's a shortening of "terminating the overeating", but with an Arnold twist. I'll be baaaaak! I likey!!!
