This Trucker Fights Back

Whack!

Whack! - You were asking for it! A whole bag of chips in one night? Back on the wagon, you!

Actually, I LOVE the Lay's Light potato chips, and my friend told me they even have then in K.C. Masterpiece BBQ style. The Lay's Light potato chips are 75 calories for like 20 chips. I can't tell one bit of difference between them and the regular kind, except no guilt! Wal-Mart does not carry the BBQ kind, but my frisnd said she got some at Albertson's. I love BBQ chips!

BTW - the Tostito's Light chips - not so great. The texture was a little odd and they were so salty they burned my mouth.

Honestly, I tried to avoid the Twiny Stick !!

WoW, kinda like you were shopping with me at Walmart today, 2 bags of plain for 6.00 and not a KC BBQ anywhere in sight. I thought they sold out, guess I can give up looking for them now.

I better get a grip on this, that Twiny Stick hurts like hell :(

Good morning, my trucking-on-down-the-scale friend. You have done so well I don't think the chips are going to dent your success.

I'm waiting for that reunion so we can see some pictures!!! We are going to hold you to that. And as a united front, us girls on here can be a mighty force to be reckoned with!!!

Olean? isn't that the stuff that gives you lots of exercise because you are running to the bathroom so it gets out of your system?? :D

you could have binged much worse... ya did OK..

*Yawning* *Stretching*

Well good morning and nothing like waking up with your very first binge hangover :( This has been a peculiar week not so much in calories consumed but sheer lack of discipline and self-control.

I'm glad I had this eye opener and moreso, I'm glad I had it happen here with the forum community. I'm happy to know that I am one of so many on here.

Did I really think my 'super diet' was invincible ?? I wonder. I've had outstanding results but did I see it had any vulnerable areas to exploit ?? In the mental area, of course I knew it was vulnerable - as any diet does.

But I've beat the mental challenges haven't I ?? Apparently not. Four solid months of rock solid decisions. Conscious shopping, disciplined regime, zero tolerance for fast foods and acute awareness for failure didn't prepare me for the one weak link that makes obese people just that. The breakdown when the physical defeats the mental.

Well a big lesson learned here.

I agree with HH, Trucker. Forget about it and carry on. You admitted it and that is a very good thing. If I fell off the wagon, you would have to hog tie me and drag a confession out of me. You are doing awesome. Keep up the great work.;)

You are one goofy guy- you sound like you're doing a great job though- keep up the good work! (And a whole bag of potato chips... that is oh so easy to do, isn't it? Ugh...)

You never know Trucker. Seems that my DH is waving all the good stuff in my face lately and I'm not sure if I can resist. And if I did eat the good stuff, then I would probably never admit it. But I would bash myself the next day for being weak. Then maybe I would need to use that hog tying. :p

Okay, Luv, so you ate chips - the WHOLE bag- big whoop! You're human and humans falter ! THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO STAY DOWN! So get up, dust off, and join us on the wagon once more :D You are not perfect nor do we think you should be - Uh, if you WERE we'd have to tie you up and leave you for a beatin' ;) LOL

How did the rest of your day go? Did you enjoy our outing :D hehehehe Its 90 here so I hope i didn't over work you! :D

As for the web-cam ... So, uh, when do tickets go on sale?! ;) :D

Woooo! Back this truck up...T2 is at the Pink Taco Stand?

I thought he just fell off the wagon, didn't know he fell into mortal peril!

T2 - all diets have their weaknesses, you're doing great, just move forward doing what you know will achieve your goals.

:)

Jodee- lemme know, I'm the 'go to' guy. Look at my av and you'll understand I know something about 'hogs' and the tying part I'll leave to your imagination ;) :p

I hope this the good 'goofy' I'm being labelled.

OMG OMG OMG EVERYONE !!! Bing Cherries came in yesterday !! FIRST SHIPMENT !!! I just rinsed off a bowlful of them low-cal catabolic bad boys ;)

Bing Cherries = Pure Bliss.

Hate to break it to ya, Big Boy, but if you weren't human I'd be forced to pull your plugs - Wonder Woman gets rid of Bad Bots ya know :p:D hehehe

Free admission to all Super Moderators - no appointment necessary.

Then I can show you the marks I got from the Twiny Stick

Oh dear, beatings and getting tied up AND Bad Bots...
It's almost more then I can bare...or is that bear?

;)

Oh my, no, I missed that (see what happens when I go away for a couple of days?)

No wonder he's standing in line!

Hey Trucker,

Some good news is that it's okay to fall of the wagon and it's actually normal to do so and sometimes it's even healthy (both physically and mentally) when your dieting. I will give you a quick example, I had a personal trainer at one time tell me that he refused to put me on my "diet" during the month of December. Why?? you may ask cuz he told me he never puts anyone on a diet during the holiday season because you will fall off the wagon and you will eat rich fatty foods that you can only get once a year (mmm like eggnog) and it's okay just as long as moderation is accounted for. OH as for you scarfing the whole bag of chips, bah! HUGS your doing good. :)
