TT so how is the weightloss going?

TT i am an emotional eater and when they all come to me it depresses me and fall off lol so i am doing this and getting back to at least 230 than doing it right from there on • Hammer • just stick to a daily menu every day, you'll be fine

TT well i dont actually but i am a carb addict so if i cut out carbs like that I can probably do this

TT i got two of leslie salones walking dvds the weekend

TT well its hard for me to get my child out right now but i am working on getting a treadmill thought that would work for now

TT lol i know but its fast paced and i know how long i am doing it i walked 4 miles in the morn and evening when i had my child I lost about 50 pounds but then she got allergies and its hard now but i love it
