Yesterday, I have no clue what happened. I went out mid-morning for a snow shoveling event. Got a good 80 minutes of exercise in, came in and immediately felt like shit. In the last 24 hours, I've slept about 16 of those. Just another one of the nasty diabetic episodes, I reckon. My numbers were good then and the same today but I'm just wilted, still. I'm going back to bed. cya.
