Wine curbs appetite--last night did a bad thing--skipped dinner and had a 375 ml bottle of Fort Ross Pinot Noir, Coastal Ridges 2002. It was quite good! Helped with the conversation with the BF, too!

Well Debi is our resident Sommelier however me lacking refined classiness, I opted for a bowl of green and four percs. I take the rustic route.

Hi Beth :) You stirred my emotions with "ready to head home." like as in from work I assume ?? I really wanna be able to say that soon.

I'd leave this 'diet' and all that goes with it in a New York second to get back in the working world.

I made the best of this day but I think I could do better - always.

I drink water my dear, just not very often. I <3 beer but not very often either, I've paid for it with a few pounds along the way, I'm sure of that :mad:

Can't you pour some beer in that soup diet ?? just wonderin'

I ahve a friend that is going through a hard time with drugs right now and I am thankful in watching her That I have my nice boring life. It could be a lot different. JUst saying!!:)

Taking Melanie out to eat here shortly, I'm going to stroke my ego by sitting in a booth, have a bacon cheeseburger, not sure about side dishes - if any but I do feel like eating out today. I deserve it.

No walks today but I did give blood to the Red Cross.

I hope you get unbogged enough to enjoy something in the form of a holiday before the weekend poofs. Ugh, trying to erase the thought of having brain strains myself now :(
