Don't slip on the icy patches!! * Puts on Mum face* It is an education to hear you guys talk about these cold weather issues.
Our weather is a bit extreme here too, at present, but still ok as long as I time it right. I'm with M2M in feeling that hearing about your weather helps push me to make the most of mine.

meh, -2 here overnight not counting the wind chill. Sounds like a heat wave to DQ I'll bet
Not sure how but the 'big' snow missed us once again + they're calling for mid 30's tomorrow afternoon so you know where I'll be
No walk, no bike today - I'm staying on a break today and just keeping my eating in check. I had a hellish run from Thanksgiving till last week, I'm ok with a break.

It's ok really, I'm not comfortable with the 'resident expert' thing anyhow. Clearly it's best left in the hands of those 'qualified'

That does sound like a heat wave...we had a little snowy windstorm here today; combine that with getting my car stuck in the snow in my own driveway...yah, not a great week.

s'ok when people don't post on here, I really don't mind. This diary has proven over and over it's not for everybody however it is a public forum and you have the right to post wherever you wish.

I hit an all-time low in life this morning, all I can do is rise now (not weight-related either)
Well good luck with those poker tourneys - and I am sorry to hear about that low :\ You're right though, from there, there's no where else to go but up!
