It is currently -1 here...........nuff said!!!!

*writes Star an indoor pass for today* *disclaimer says you pick what room(s) you want to use it in* :D

I can only assume you're talking to me here... ;)
Yeah, weight distribution is a funny thing - well, not entirely FUNNY - but definitely changes the looks of things!
It won't be long, and you won't need all that extra equipment to slide into some 38's!
Hmmm??? A Walk Perhaps?

Yeah, the classic 'pear-shape' is fighting me to the very end. Proportionately I'm probably right on target, I'm just hatin' what's still not appealing - that damn lower ab flab

Yes, I got my walk in, only 4 miles today.

Hey T2
Just wanted to say hi. I'm a ex trucker my self. I drive a yard dog
at nissian now. You can have the road. I enjoy being at home. When
i crawled out of a truck I was 300lbs. Now I run it off running around nissian.
I'm down to 218 and have a long way to go. As you said you have to change life style not diet. Will drop by again

Thanks for the visit driver and good for you on taking control of all those buffet pounds. There probably isn't a day I don't think about being in a big truck and they're not all wishing I wasn't in one but common sense usually prevails and I know the best choice is to never cross that road again, however I'll never say never.

I did my last 5 years on a local run which wasn't all that bad, I just had no ambition to fix my health.

*sneaks in, pinches Randy's bum and runs away*

OUCH !!

Heya!

Has anyone noticed the amount of butt pinching going on in this diary?

Hmmm....

I don't mind ;)

Just a friend. The 2 cars were his favorite. This kid pwn3d our racing forum daily. No one has any answer for what transpired, kinda numbing actually. He cloaked it well.

He was 29.

Eric was a pretty cool kid. We use to stay up (he worked 3rd shift) and power post on our thread and get crazy till the sun came up. Sometimes we'd bs on yahoo.

Thanks ladies. If you guys thought I was an assclown, this guy was the 'Bozo' of forum fun. Our racing forum has made an incredible family since 1999 and Eric sat at the head table. All Eric ever wanted was a 6 ft. Blond with no morals :) (in his own words).

I know this isn't the place for all this so here in a little bit I'll take down the sig but our racing family wanted to share the tribute (the pic and the song) one of our members made.

Thanks for allowing me to share this in my diary.

Welp today is going to be a hard day to squeeze in a walk due to the weather, maybe not entirely impossible but highly unlikely. I can always count on good food choices to keep me on an even keel.

I feel bad for everyone suffering the ice storm in the midwest - I hope you're ok Mana

I'm so uninspired right now I feel like going back to bed.
