I wanted a pork chop....and I ate a pork chop.
Not so bad Jen, really I use pork chops on my menu - of course I oven bake them with salt and pepper and no breading in egg dip. When I'm feeling real frisky, I paint on BBQ sauce
2 chops should only be about 400 to 500 cals prepped this way. Somehow I have a feeling your mom coats hers *shrugs*Hey Cutie , have a good day adn thanx for last night...

The V-Jay has been slacking announcing videos and I still have been changing videos nonetheless, anyhow this video is my weight loss national anthem. I don't think I've takin' a walk without playing this song.
When it's all said and done, this song will be with me like a certain song you all have tucked away kinda like a song you went parking to or a prom date ....yada yada yada... you get my drift.
