I don't doubt your ability to lose weight, I just hate seeing undue suffering along the way.
It's a shame my diary is so spread out and a mess now, I posted much about eating 800 to 1200 cals a day and eating 6-9 times a day in the process.
2 shakes and a scoop of tuna is a tough road to hold, you could do so much better with an extended low-cal, low-carb diet till Xmas.

Speaking of watching, I put up a new video on MTV on WLF.
Since we were talking about the song Pets (Porno for Pyros), I chose it today.
