Ok so im new to this so ill start with the basics.....
Im a young mother to 4 energetic beautiful children and having given birth over the last 5-6 years the pounds have crept on during each pregnancy with the same old excuse "oh its ok im eating for two"......
I had my last baby on the 17th of april 2011 and had reached a whopping 25/26 stone and after having my son (who weighed 11lb 11oz) i knew i had to do something and this time it had to stick so 2 weeks ago i went and joined slimming world after hearing alot of people raving about how good it was.. So i went along and then it was time for me to be weighed and i weighed 24st 2lbs the heaviest i have been (non pregnant that is).
I got weighed this last thursday and in 2 weeks i have lost 9 and a half pounds
I am hoping to lose 12st 2lbs all in all and i know its more of a marathon than a sprint but i feel i am in the right frame of mind to get my head down and get it done.
So if anyone has any helpful tips or hints id be so greatful thank you
