So, starting this "diary" thing now. Maybe it'll help.

It's pretty late and I just got back from a nasty binge (gross).

I used to eat really healthy and lost weight, no problem! That was back when I went to school everyday and had a consistent lifestyle. Now I don't know what hours I'll be working next and I'm eating all kinds of bad! For the record I'm 5' 7" male weighing in at 150 lbs. At my heaviest I was about and I'm hoping to get down to 130. It's weird, because most people think I'm already pretty thin for a dude, but I'm not. I have thin arms and legs and a pretty big belly (I have the proportions of an old man). You can't really tell I do when I wear clothes, but I don't want to be that guy that surprises you with the size of his gut at the beach.

Anyway, maybe tomorrow will be better. I'm trying to keep my calories around 700-1000 a day. I'll get back with you guys if that happens.
