Nice work. It is all very mathematical. Once you know that you are doing the right things and you've got them dialed, you can lose as much as you want.

The question is:

What are going to do when you have reached your target weight? Maybe you should pick out your beach wear now?

When I reach my goal, I just plan on maintaing it. And possibly get my cardio in good shape.
