*bows to your curtsie*
I just love your menu. Still not sure if I could do the Weetbix, but your menu is just spectacular! Just sounds very well thought out. I've never had a Date Scone..sounds yummy!
Weetbix may well be a taste you need to acquire while there is a window - probably before you turn 6.

Date scones ... yep. They do taste great I guess they might be a good enough snack if I just ate a half of one!!
It's all good. Once in a while a little something extra is definetly worth it!!
Have a great rest of your day!!!
Thank you. I get a bit paranoid about leaks in the plan!! But I'm pretty happy with the way things are going overall. Thanks for your continued support.
Hey I'm finally back to checking in on your diary. You're doing great. Don't worry about one canneloni. It was an honest mistake. Besides, I read it as Canoli the first time around and thought you ate five of them--believe me that would have been much worse

FIVE CANOLI!!

Not these days thank goodness.
Mmmmm, you ate Italian. I just love you
One of the great advances of the late twentieth century - the spread of the Italian cooking to Perth!!
i simply love canelloni...well i love all italian and mediterranean food...i wonder why lol
how are your walks going?
Mmmm. Yum. I wonder if something inspirational about Mediterranean breezes perhaps gave us the wonderful dishes.
My walks....
Thank you for bringing that up, Lena. I do value the attention implied in your question. I tend to just record my lapses without dwelling on them. I would like to say something different to - not quite there yet! and listing excuses. Unfortunately I can't.
Well, back at school this week and Monday managed the walk. Good, I thought, I can do this. Maybe it's actually easier with the routine of going to work first.
Then Tuesday and back to the more common routine of work first then dancing and shopping. Somehow the walk didn't happen. I told myself I was busy, and then I thought, but if I had shopped previously, maybe I wouldn't have been.
Wednesday, work, clean house (emergency due to potential guest), collect girl from netball, take girl to dancing, take husband to hotel, take son to video store, 15 free minutes - chat to special visitor on msn, collect girl from dancing...by which time it is dark. Maybe I should have said no to the video - but it was overdue, and maybe I should have by-passed that intriguing flashing orange light. I wouldn't have had the whole walk but could have managed 20 minutes maybe? I don't really know. I understand that making difficult things happen is about giving them the priority, but ...
Tonight. OMG. I will spare you the detailed breakdown of dancing, laundromat, shopping. Suffice to say I feel no guilt about lack of exercise, because from the school bell at 3:00 until 8:20 I was very active!! Jogging was included. I even got the tired leg muscles!! There were 6 x 5 minutes of sitting in the car amongst everything else. Yet, this is not what I want. Possibly I could have kept everything under better control by washing my son's work clothes some other time, between Sunday night and Thursday night. (Or maybe not... see above ^^^)
So this is the week so far... and tomorrow night we're going out to eat at a fairly early time...
Maybe this isn't the best time to try and get this habit thing happening. I'm not sure, but I'm going to keep aiming for this thing. I'm thinking that even if I don't manage it every day, sometimes will be better than never, and maintaining some focus on it might increase how often it happens. I want to make sure I'm someone who maintains their weight loss. This habit thing is about maintenance even more than it's about weight loss. At the moment I still I have the impression that I'm losing weight. Actually, perhaps if I didn't it would push me to exercise more.
