well Im new to the site so I really dont know where to start. well I am 19 and Im a sophomore in college (well about to be). I weigh 192 pounds and my goal is to get to 140 lbs. So I am considering this my very offical start date. I hope that I am strong enough to do this. but i really dont know
 
Welcome to the diaries! The good thing is: you don't have to be strong enough to do it all in one go. Your weight isn't an acute threat to your health so you just have to make small changes to your habits.
