This is confusing.

My Coach advised me that for my position he wants me to maintain my weight of 160 pounds but lose body fat . I don't know what hes asking... How can you lose body fat and maintain your weight at the same time???

I know I didn't get it either. Maybe I should cut fat until I weigh 150 pounds and then add bulk to 160? Mabye I miss heard him.

I'll just cut 500 of my maintence calorie intake and exercise Liftweights/cardio like I normally do. Therefore I can lose body fat % and keep my muscle mass.

rofl , but keep in mind, muscle weighs more than fat.

Are you saying one pound of muscle weighs more than one pound of fat ?? One pound is one pound, right ?? Actually, what happens is, one pound of fat takes up more "body space" than one pound of muscle.

hah , yeh 1 lb of muscle & 1 lb of fat, weighs the same.

i meant to say "muscle is denser than fat, so one pound of muscle will take up less space than one pound of fat."
