Wow you guys, this week has been HARD. I ate out sooo much and I tried to make good choices but I was so tempted. I slipped up a few times, like yesterday I snacked a lot in between meals, and by today I would have been happy to see the scale have stayed at 271. Imagine my surprise when I stepped on the scale and had dropped a pound! I couldn't even believe it at first, I had to weigh myself again. But woohoo! That's 4 pounds in two weeks!
But I'm not going to get cocky about it. I know I need to work hard to keep the pounds coming off. I think this week will be easier than the last week has been, because I'll be at home and not on the road.
But right now, my legs feel all wobbly from my walk this morning. I think a smoothie is in order. Bye for now!
