It's been 2 weeks today that I've started with my diet again
I havn't been jogging yet, but will be doing it later on today at around 4:00PM
I will admit I have eaten loads of beans and the unhealthy kind about 4-5 days ago. I've munched on the healthy stuff a lot!! I hope thats good!
Who'd have known you can eat "junk" food but the healthy kind and feel good eating it too :hurray:
I also have to remember to walk Ella each day as she needs her daily walks.
I'll be doing plenty of walking this summer, and jogging..:hurray: I can do this *keeps finger's crossed*

Good luck! I am walking/jogging myself. We have a puppy who also needs at least one daily walk so that helps... and the hell that he brings when he's got that pent up energy is the best motivator I could have asked for.

Congrats on the first 5 lbs. We have almost the same amount of weight to go!

What bean is the bad kind? I thought they were all good!!

Welcome to your diary, dog walking (I will assume Ella is your dog and not your grandma albeit that would be funny) is such a great activity. I did plenty of it in february and I lost good weight then...

Hey Ya'll Thanks for leaving comments!
I've started jogging it's been 2 days now (go me) and my legs hurt a lot. I'm still in my P-jays but going out biking soon. then a jog and then walking Ella..yes my dog not grandma hehe =)
thedarwinfish Its a good exercise to walk your dog, Mine usually is really hyper outside so we jog a little and go for a fast walk around our place. I've heard somewhere in an article of a women who lost a lot of weight when she got her dog. Her advice..get a dog and walk him/her 3X a day. It's good for both the humans and our four legged pals.
Thanks for keeping your fingers crossed I'll be needing it.

To tell you the truth I havn't been too hungry these past few days, so about 500-700 cals a day
I have been exercising for about 2 hours and I biked for about 3 hours yesterday

You should try to up your cals a little bit. You really aren't doing your body any good by not eating enough to get the energy and whatnot that you need. Do you keep track of them on a counter or are you guessing for the most part?

I love dogs! How old/what kind, etc etc etc?

Your very correct
It's no help that I'm a picky eater. Oddly I use to be able to eat 2-3 chocolate bars but once I start my diet I don't go past 1200
I've currently ate 1 bannana, an apple, alot of grapes and half the corn. *uugh* I'll try and go buy some more things to eat =P
I'm glad I've met yet another dog lover. My little pooch is a Bichon Frise, she's 1 years (and 13 days) old and has the energy of a Great Dane..really!
What about you? Thanks for asking =)

I was keeping around 1500 calories and had to bump them up more and now I feel like Im over eating. Have you had that problem yet?

I had an English Mastiff up until recently. :(

Hello Coffeebro I havn't had that problem yet. If I eat past 1200 I get really bloated and full.
-off topic- I must ask =( what happened to your English Mastiff??

This week has been truly something
I've been exercising and added jogging recently.
I've been stopping plenty of times, but I've kept it going.
Yesterday I admit I did go crazy at around 7-9 PM with the apples, bananas, and the healthy snacks.
Today I did rest all day, I went biking for a few hours and did an exercise on my DVD
I ate plenty of food, lots of apples and bananas, lots of Rice cake (34 cal-1% fat) and Rice thins
Tomorrow I plan to go for an hour Jog, Walk my pooch, and then bike on over to the beach.

12:00AM
-1 Banana
-1 Apple
3:20PM-3:30PM
-the whole can of White Rice (120 cal per half cup and 0% fat) with Body wise bread (2 slices)
-1 Banana
-1 Apple
-1 Rice Cake

I havn't done any exercise yet, feeling too lazy to go for jogging
Update 9:16 PM-I did go out for a bike ride for about 3-4 hours, and then went for a 10 min walk to the store.
I'll have plenty f rest for tomorrow's jog, I'll also make up today for Sat

I know how you feel =(
I' am glad that you found him a new family
I had a Pitbull who I "fostered" for a while and had to give him to a better person. It's hard and I still think about Peanut (hehe) but atleast he's happy now

Pitbulls are so adorable. My roommate last year had two of them, but when she moved her and her girlfriend was taking care of them, they split up, one of them ran loose and scared a neighbor so they had to put it down. The other had to be given away :( People just don't understand them.

Hello everyone
Today I'am quite happy, I went out and did about a 2 hour jog, then went biking for 2 hours I went out at around 4:30-4:40 PM and went for a bike ride at 6:15-619PM

So far I've ate:
-1 rice cake
-1 Banana
-1 Apple
- all the Veggie meat that I had made
- 3 body wise bread slices

After I came home I had (after the jog and bike ride)
-1 Banana
-1 Apple

I have one question..Do you tend to eat after an exercise? (like a jog/bike ride)
I've read/heard that you are more likely to gain weight if you eat after 6PM? This could be rubbish but I' am not sure

Ps- Pitbulls are wonderful dogs, I know they are known to be "bad" to many people but, the little guy we had was nothing like that. My cousin had a pitbull as well around the time I had mine. He tought him to bite and he was aggressive. That's very sad, I could never have a pitbull nor any other big dog unless I know how to handle one. I've always been wise to do my research before hand.

Yesterday on Wed April 23, 2008I ate like a pig, as my friends would say.
But! I rather eat like a pig and stuff all the healthy food than the chocolates and ice cream..right?
I' am happy that I didn't end up eating the "unhealthy" stuff and just stuck to the good stuff.
I was too lazy and way too tired to jog or do much yesterday =( very upsetting
But, that means I need to sleep and I have a hard time sleeping
