NO EXERCISE TODAY. Im wayyyy too tired from work! goshh i didnt sleep well last night. CAN NOT WAITTTT for the weekend (that is, if things go to plan). Plan is to go clubbing but definitely not get as wasted as last time!

eta: todays intake was:
B: layered yogurt, granola and strawberries and blueberries (aka a parfait)
L: medium iced cappucino (410 cals....eep)
D: 2 pizza pockets (580?)

yeah, today was a crappy eating day. =|

on another note: Lebron james, chris bosh and dwayne wade are on the same team. LOOL miami heat is def winning the championship
and on another tangent: me and my boo are good right now. we had a good convo yesterday. I just need not fxck things up by calling him too often. we should be going out on the weekend. cant wait to look super cutee =)

eta: eating plan for tomorrow is to eat light.

Girly it looks like you're eating hardly anything! Why do you need to eat light tomorrow? It looks like you ate barely above 1200cals!

ETA- What I meant was it didn't look like that day was bad at all (calorie wise), was just wondering why you felt like you needed to eat lighter the next day?

Luz ---- besides breakfast, pizza pockets?! iced cappucino?? by eat lighter i mean more healthy foods (not greasy, lighter). I could even eat more calories....if that makes sense

Sooo yesterday;s "eating light" didn;t go to plan. I ate a lot. went to the movies =)

I just dont want to be clingy. I myself hate hate hate when guys or people in general call me too often. I;m not really a phone persoon...


so last night i went to the club with a few girls and a couple guys. it was so fun. I didnt drink much. we got a booth with $100 bottle service....it was so fun. and I LOOKED CUTEE (as per usual :D).

I have no clue exactly how much I weigh right now. I'll weigh in tomorrow.

even though i only lost 10 lbs I feel SO MUCH BETTER already. some ppl say weight loss will not change you or make ur life better. but imo that's bullcrap, already i feel more confident and energetic.

I COMPLETELY agree... even if it's an extra 5lbs- when you run you can feel it... and your clothes don't fit as great. And I definitely don't have as much energy!!

I just got back from a boat cruise. FREE FOOD IS THE DEBIL. Lol buyt seriously I ate a lot and probably gained some. I was on vaca so I DIDNT CARE about losing weight. ughh i felt bloated the whole time but still had amazing fun.

CW: 147.0

Not sure how to feel about that number, Happy that I'm still under 150 but still could be much lower. About to work out. Last night jogged for 40 minutes :)
 
Went to weigh myself and my scale was being dumb. It wouldn't go to the weight setting. Whatever.

Worked out last night: 40 mins walking =)

My dad said to me "you lost weight" .............but I weigh exactly the same as always, maybe a lil more. I've also been eating more than usual. So hmm dunno where that came from. I'm not even anywhere near my goal. Meh. Motivation.
