Ok, so this weekend was not the best for eating and exercising. I try to take the weekends off from the work outs since I am at work so much. And Saturday was just incredibly long because I worked at two jobs then babysat 2 rambunctious boys. Saturday I ate well, eggs in an english muffin for breakfast, chicken ceasar salad for lunch but from a fast food chain, not freshly made, and then at the babysitting I had a small bowl of spaghetti bolognese.
Last night, different story. I had a big mac at macdonalds. No fries, but with a water. Still totally defeats the purpose, but after a really terrible day at work, I wasn't in the mood to cook.
This morning, I had a cheese bun from the bakery downstairs (only one), coffee, and a bottle of water. For lunch, I had a vegetable curry (only ate half of the portion and am saving the remainder for tommorow's lunch) and tonight, well I'm not 100 % on what I will eat because I work until 9:30 pm. I wanted to work out today after I finished but I left my sports bra at home, so I might try and swing by for a quick cardio session after work, or I will go home after work and go straight to bed, so that I can get up early enough to walk to work, and work out later. I don't know what to do.
