Well I normall have this routine
Monday/Wed/Friday - HIIT (walk 5min run 30sec/walk 30 secs for 20 min, walk 5) followed by pilates
Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday - walk 30 min followed by weights 3 sets of 10 for triceps, biceps, shoulders, back, inner thigh, outer thigh, butt
Sunday rest
Well about 3 weeks ago I thought I would just walk for about 45min on Sundays instead of complete rest. Then last weekend on Friday I worked out as normal then later walked for 45min. Then Sunday walked too. Then on Sunday I felt SO tired and took so many naps and same on Monday too so I didn't exercise at all Monday and Tuesday.
Think it's okay to start again today but not do sundays anymore but completely rest. Or should I rest a few more days? I feel better today but still sore and tired. But maybe getting back in the routine will wake me up?
