Anyone think I can get bigger and stronger looking before school starts again in 3 months if I train using the Hyper trophy specific training method and eat right everyday? I basicaly want to get noticable muscle mass on my biceps triceps shoulders chest and abs. Please dont laugh at my pictures lol I never even considered weightlifting and eating right, im just a skinny white farmer boy
