think about food more

i have noticed that whenever im dieting, i am actually more worried about food than i would be if i wasnt dieting. i Crave food more because i am thinking about it more, i end up obsessing about each bite of food that i eat and that makes me think about food and the foods i shouldnt eat more and more until i cant stand it and just give up...so how can i be on a diet and think about food less?
 
That's why you shouldn't diet...everything should be in moderation. Eating 5-6 small meals a day shouldn't feel like a diet. That's why it works...it's just a lifestyle change and there's shouldn't be very much deprivation.

I honestly think you're obsessing over this whole weight loss thing WAY too much :rolleyes:

Exactamente. It's about lifestyle change. If it's the sweets and whatnot that you crave, eat less and less until you can reduce it to the smallest amount possible...but that doesn't mean that you start out eating 2 pies a day and work down from there. LOL

Basically, moderation. You don't even HAVE to completely eliminate the really bad stuff. Just reduce it to a healthy amount.
