Thin Wrists

Hello everyone,

I been working out for a few years now and am in pretty good shape, however my wrists and beginning of my forearms are very thin. I have to add holes on a watch strap to give you an idea of the size. I have tried wrist curls but for some reason they always damage my wrists, even very low low wieghts. Its frustrating since I have pretty impressive bi ceps but the wrists and forearms are so thin.. I know that most of it is probably genetics but would love to hear suggestions on making them larger.

well, i hate to say it but i dont think theres much you can do. working your formarms may help a little bit, but i doubt it. the wrist is pretty fragile too, so be careful if you choose to do wrist curls.
 
strengthening your grip will also provide benifet, to wrist duability, coupled with forarm workout will be great for you. you can find little strengthening gripers all over the place even in dollar stores.
