Hey smiley I just had to peek in and say something. You are so motivating! You just seem like the nicest lady and you've done (and continue to do) so well! You're knockout gorgeous too! Hopefully someday I can reach that point (even if i'm not gorgeous, i'd take skinny LOL!) But on a serious note, I just wanted to say thanks for all the motivation!

mmmm mango sounds good! Never bought one, only tasted it in drinks and stuff. How would you buy one? How do you cut it? Stupid q's huh?
 
I love mangos theyre so good, and not that many cals. i buy them when theyre slightly soft(when you squeeze them they give a little not all hard like a rock then they taste like pine trees lol)
when you cut them you stand them up on theyre end(stem side up) and you cut downwards following the seed/ pit or what ever its called. when you have the two pcs, you dont need to peel them you just score the flesh
kinda in this pattern ># and pop it up and eat!(its all little squares and they taste soo yummy) hahaha long explanation for a mango but i hope it helps :D

Hahaha yeah i was afraid of killing my self too lol :p theres a big hill that i go down i coast all the way and really pick up speed i just hop nothing pops out in front of me or hit a rock or anything id take a major dive if that happened that would hurt sooo bad :p road rash from roller blading hahaha

When did you start rollerblading? I would love to do it...wish I could find a flat easy spot around here... maybe a bike path or something..I need to look into it maybe for next season. That would be so cool.

wow rollerblading! i have tried them but cant keep my balance, very weird since i can rollerskate on regular skates just fine :confused: glad to see your doing so well :) i know you can lose 10 pounds by september ;)
