lol well thank you K glad to know im not the only Redneck in these there woods lol
ok so it was sooo much fun!(heres why lol) my H couldnt go he had to work so he asked me to bring my son, so i was all like huh? just me and him at a tractor pull you nuts!!! anyways i went (girls if you wanna feel good about your looks go to a tractor pull hardley any women there and the ones that are well theyll look at ya too ;) lol)i tell ya men coming out the wazoo they were every where young old good looking not so good looking. they check you out as you go by, one guy gave my son a book about JR(racecar driver)for free!!!it was fun got asked out lol too funny!!!then my son wants to go to Mc donalds and i was like ok if you get milk(like that makes it better but what ever)we get there A BUS LOAD OF SPANISH SOCCER PLAYERS!!!!!they were sooo good looking(ok i know i know im married but still how often will that happen in a girls life!!!)anyways some hit on me and that was nice(they were so cute in there broken english telling me i was good looking lol could have stayed there for ever!)all in all tractor pulls are cool lol and i had fun. got some color too. and i didnt eat any junk(though those chip stand fries smelled great!!!)a guy offered to get me a poutine(if ya dont know its fries+gravy+cheese curds all melted in one yummmy gooey mess)and i said no thank you!!!so proud of my self! brought my shake had an apple and some pb. i was all set. had some subway but kept it as low cal as i could still was ok for macros yesterday 1766-22-38-40(had some strawberries a littl e later so carbs are a little higher)but all in all a good day! :)

i just use fitday to calculate every single thing i eat, i like it bc you can customise your foods,like my milk prod. not the same as you guys in the states. i find it pretty accurate. gives me my % for the day so i dont have to calculate it :D
 
hey no prob. i try and keep my macros 20%fat 40/40 prot. and carb. i try for higher prot. though.
ugh rained here so no pool this afternoon. aquafit tonight though hope i make it tonight. did the elliptical this morning then a long stretch.

:D thanks New bride that makes me feel better. ive actually been neglecting to watch my food intake and my weight went from 145 to 149 ugh! so im hoping by trying to keep it in check(well ive been doing it since tuesday ish lol)im hoping ill loose something by next mon :) also my wrist has been killing me so i was off the weight training for this week cant wait to get back at it!
i so have to get back on track!im trying hard though i think i hit a plateau of sorts gotta bust through it!

Its great i love it down side not all the activities there could be but hey i love the food section, being able to customize your own foods is awesome!

I got some roller blades today!!!!i love em i went 2 around the block(about 6k) and didnt fall or break my neck lol it was awesome!!!im on a high right now. and you can really feel it in your legs. we have hills and stuff holy cow was that tough!i was SWEATING for a while after i was done what a work out woohoo!!!!

Lol I think I would break my neck, I used to skate when I was about 10 years old …Omg im getting old. Well done on your exercise and finding a fun way to do it

lol i was afraid of breaking my neck too. i use a stroller(jogger)with my D in it(shes wearing a helmet lol ;) ) that way i have some support and i dont kill my self. i so would have wiped out many times if i didnt have it lol i got the idea from a friend and i thought it would be a great way for my S to learn to ride his bike (we can all go out and be at the same speed that way he doesnt have to stop and wait for me to catch up) im determined for him to know how to do it by the end of the summer so will be going out everyday we can :D

:eek: argh ok so my son went into the freezer and found an old pc of banana bread(prolly in there since the dawn of time lol)and in his cute little way of his asked me to make some more....so my mom "guiltdar" went off, i felt bad and made banana bread(whole wheat flour and oats in it bananas too heathy huh lol)but i had some pcs more than i should have, so feeling bad aboutit today :eek:
