I havent exercised today or yesterday...very hot here & the humidity is coming in..we've had one thing after another going on ..but ill try to squeeze it in.
sometimes you have to have some pizza or something so you dont feel like an alien on another planet where they can eat anything they want and only we suffer :-d ya know!

Thanks K i feel better now :) i dont think i was set back too far bc of my splurging. im working a little harder now(although i didnt do cardio yesterday but im doing a double today :) ) Holy Mother of God!CEE is sour old stuff. :eek: yeeesh its like drinking lemon juice mixed w/ vinegar lol oh well it goes down fast,and its not too bad i can deal with it ;) im also doing vitamin C,fish caps, and im going to add some calcium and of course the multiV lol
bought some new undies and a few bras at silk and satin(kinda like victoria secret lol)and the undies are too big!!!i got large bc i thought for sure they would fit but no...now i have 5 pairs or undies that i cant return...hmmm maybe theyll shrink in the dryer ;)

ok yesterday i smashed my fingers in the window trying to close it fast before the rain came in. and boy oh boy does it hurt!they got jammed between the 2 windows(you know where they slide up together) had to pull with all my might to get them out!still hurting today typing really sucks!

sometimes i read your workout lists and i get tired before i start mine LOL..You are soo awesome L! Ive missed reading your posts...glad to see all went well this weekend..sorry that you had to do doggy hole briggade..sometimes ya wonder how you could ever get heaby w/ animals & kids around ya know..I never sit still or eat a whole meal w/out the little one eating it w/ me..I guess that is good.
 
Lol my daughter is the same way any meal i have shes eating some of it too! so far the dog hasnt dug up any holes so were good there for now.

agh im tired today. no cardio either i was out in the sun all afternoon got me some tan lines yeay(i know skin cancer i used sun screen though) kids were in the kiddi pool cooling off. pool opens this week end still dont have a new suit ah well last yrs will do for now.

Took the weekend off, didnt eat junky stuff just ate alot of carbs(fruits man i had cherries,strawberries,watermelon alot of em lol)but im back on track today. had a fun weekend, sunday my H took the kids and was gone all day :) what a break got lots of stuff done around here. hope he does that again real soon!

alright ate lots yesterday too, healthy stuff but still,todays plan to stay between1500 and 1700 cals lol. no cardio today its leg day. we were supposed to go swimming but my son is acting up so swimming got taken away(i think this only punishes mama but what can i say ;) )damn ive been hungrier than usual what the heck is that about oh i was down to 147 this morning so yeay its slowly coming down. my wrist is still sore, note to self football and extreme(lol)frisbee in the same weekend not good lol fun but lots of bruising :p

I love football & frisbee... extreme is the way to go but you pay for it. I know what yo umean by takin things away from them seem to punish us as the moms...I love it when my husband says no tv for a week..i think..what r you nuts!?!

hack squats still suck, i swear my butt is too big for those or something lol.
but squats, wide squats,lunges, high box, deads, and girly squats/abs all done :D YEAY!!! :D

cals for yesterday were at like 1500 macros a little high on the fats(24ish i think?) that is until i had the attack of the incredible pineapple....only way to defend myself....eat it!!!!yeah ate all of it(not huge a little one but still sat there and ate the whole thing duh!!!!)
had too many coffees today too 4or 5 of em 4 larges!and one at home. so yeah im bouncing off the walls its 2 am and no signs of being sleepy yet! boy oh boy tomorow is going to be fun :rolleyes:
got my hair done today, went a little darker(well pretty much my natural color)and foil highlights oooo i love foils they look great. got a little choppiness going she used the razor to give it texture looks good i think. no feed back from the H but id have to come home w/ bright pink hair for him to notice anything lol men! :rolleyes:
 
I know what you mean about the hair thing...although I did once get way too much frosted and my husband nearly had a stroke..I have naturally red, strawberry blonde hair and it was like freekin blonde..my son told me to go get it fixed it was that shocking...I did get it done the next day...too much

Holy caffeine girl... i hate it when that happens... I had to have a glass of wine the other night after the concert cuz i had too much caffeine & was all wired from the music... couldnt sleep..

Cool...im a total redneck too... we love that stuff! Have fun! Yeah..those places are tough on the food end... you end up needing some laxatives and an angioplasty afterwards...uggghh.
I think it is great you are packing food ahead... good for you..maybe bring some celery sticks w/ you pb or something crunchy to keep you from wanting ff?
