Well anybody looking for a dog and a husband!package deal, FREE to a good home lol.Argh i swear first the dog gets my new(60$!) jeans and chews the pockets out of them and theyre full of grass stains i dont know if ill be able to fix them damn im so pissed :mad: then my "loving" :rolleyes: H decides to get into the whole what do you do all day around the house type of thing... he has no clue!!! hes sitting there wanting me to list every single thing i do! then hes like well laundry thats what an hr out of your day, dishes what 20 min? man i could of smacked him, its more like start the dishes stop bc the kids want help, then they want food, put on a video go back to the dishes theyre fightting fix the prob, go back to the dishes,stop get the phone,go back and finally finish washing them and i havent even dried them yet!!! men i swear, when your at home w/ kids it aint no walk in the park. i do it bc i want to be the one whos there for my kids, many women work outside the home and thats great(im gonna be one of them as soon as i can ;) ) but i always said if we could swing it id be at home w/ them til they were both in school. but i hate when he does that its not like i go to his work and say wtf do you all day sit on your behind and wait for ppl. sorry just mad at him.and i have a headache from not eating enough yesterday :( ah what a day and its only just begining.

A little laxative will clear up whatever crawled up his butt and died...That would be my first recomendation...then I would set up a time for him to stay at home w/ the kids and you go off for the day...hmmm amazing what a change in attitude that would bring. Trust me honey if he were my hubby he'd be dodging a flying object..sounds like the dog would work at this point! Unreal huh! I just dont get guys that ask those questions and have no clue. You do an amazing job & keeping yourself healthy at the same time...I know what its like to keep a home running w/ 2 kids..and trying to do everything that falls into those holes..its aint no picnic! I personally think he needs a reality check... maybe a nice running shoe upside the head...I hear that's what Dr Phil recommends!

Yes..its hotter than , well ya know here...Its humid and sticky...I feel like crap today..my stomach feels like crap & I think its from the flax oil caps...im not sure though. I dragged myself thru my dancing tape and stopped after 30 min..i just felt so aweful. Im sorry for this thing & your hubby...I dont know why anyone says such foolish things but they do. Its amazing how much we get accomplished even if the house doesnt look spotless or the laundry is all caught up...we have a million things we have to do in a short amt of time. I know today i have to work at home..& i have felt so sick i havent done anything..i have laundry piling up high & i have no energy to care. Im wondering if ive got a flu bug.
 
whoa baby is it hot here...clothing is optional, humidity sucks cardio i havent done for like 2 days, yesterday was a write off as far as diet goesi dont think i went over on cals but i know my macros were off. its just to hot to cook anything.

Aargh!!!i hate my ISP!!! :mad: it quit again on me yesterday couldnt do anything all, i finally got on at like 10pm, my cals were too low bc i didnt get to calculate my cals on fitday....couldnt sleep last night it was too hot i was up til 1am ugh now its still humid and hot ive been up since 6am man im might be a little cranky today :mad: i need my sleep!!!freaking heat i hope the humidity goes away!! so i was on the net last night til one lol sent out some emails, did some reading,blah i hope i get to sleep earlier tonight :(

OH yeah good news im down to 146!!! woohoo i didnt think id be down anything but i am!!(im so bad didnt do cardio all week end bc its too hot)at least that can be my silver lining so to speak for today.28lbs since i started here :) (man im 4lbs away from 120lbs :eek: :D :cool: )got to get my hands on a scanner some where i swear im like a whole diffrent person. hell ive lost a small woman in weight woohoo how freaky is that! ok running on an on now ill stop :eek:

Lol its doing better now maybe its a weekend thing it gets overloaded or something i dunno. Thanks for the support! i love seeing the weight go down, but damn its been hard for the past couple of days,to hot no cardio, my cooking is down to pretty much nothing.i hate humidity i can stand heat thats fine but ugh humidity sucks. raining here today....sucks i need to work on my tan, i know bad for you but a slather on the sunscreen it just makes me feel better to have some sun on my skin.ugh tired went to bed late last night. 1:30am :eek: hmmm might change the avatar too dunno what yet but something.

I know..its tough in this weather..I thought i would die on my 5K walk this morning..I was sweating so bad..I was soaked w/ sweat & felt whiped out... ill be so glad to have it go away!
I am trying to do less animal proteins..its tough but my nutritionist said ill feel better ...we shall see
gonna have some tofu for dinner tonight...not sure what im doing w/ it yet though

K, humidity is gone today is feeling a little cooler and i did cardio last night woohoo 40min of it boy was i sweating. less animal proteins huh? hmmm i wonder how nuch protein is in tofu? i like tofu i was a vegetarian for a while back when i was a teen (just to piss off my dad lol hes a butcher lmao cant believe i was so mean i hope my kids dont do that stuff to me)anyways feeling good and strong today is back day woohoo my fave :) i love bent over db rows! they make me feel strong :p i think i will try 35lbs today just to see,
