exercise back(rows,rev rows, pull ups 30 :) GM,HE + bi's(curls, hammer curls) done cardio jog :)

Ok to the guys out there(not many who read this but still)never say your woman is "beefy" :eek: lol let me explain...yesterday i was showing the H my pectoral muscles (actuall muscles not my boobs lol) so i was fexing them and he said "yes hon your muscles are getting pretty beefy" now i know it was meant as a compliment (and lord knows i love him for trying lol)but beefy is about the last word i would suggest using when describing any part of a womans body lol anyways just thought i would share :D
hmm im mad at my scale ive been doing good all week and still it reads 150....cant get it under 150 i tried moving the scale around but still nothing, dunno i have more muscles now but still the cals im burning should show some sort of loss :(

Have you tried adding green tea to your diet? Im hearing more from my nutritionist about that... im going to try it.
 
Lmao!! to funny holstein lol :D i drink green tea not all the time but i like it i dont drink coffee anymore,and i take a one a day dv w/ green tea in it when i remember :) well i got a digital cam and now im trying to figure out how to get a pic up.....but the darn thing keeps telling me its too big...argh i hate computers, i resized it to 80x80, but i still have too many bites. oh well maybe ill figure it out some time this century lol i really suck at this computer stuff!

My 10K is tomorrow...kinda nervous...I guess its alot of hills..the first mile is a 500 foot elevation climb..uggh...im tired just thinkin about it. Im definetely doing some carbs tonight for fuel in the morning...not gonna try to do that w/out carbs.

well im down 2lbs but i think its just bc i moved the scale around(i need a better one)but i am down 2.25 inches(from 2 weeks ago,i measure every 2 weeks ;) )
i managed to make some eggs explode yesterday...that was interesting lol forgot that i was boiling eggs for my h's lunch(how i forgot i dont know lol) water boiled away the eggs started to burn and bam! they exploded :eek: it was too funny. i think the pot is a gonner though :p

Isnt it great when your routine stays the same..I hate it when mine gets messed up... and yet so many times i realize after that i couldve worked some exercise in or a cleaning or laundry in..but i got lazy or just overwhelmed...i hate that!
