Looks like you are doing great. I joined a gym about a month ago and I really have been seeing the results. I love going and I know that it will really help my weight loss. You sound like you are very motivated keep up the good work!!!
 
Good for you keep pluggin...My scale hasnt moved much ..IM a little frustrated..but i also step on the stupid thing everyday. Im a wk prior to my period so I need to up the water and the exercise i guess. I am working out daily and watchin my cal..not sure what else i can do...maybe not be so impatient..huh maybe thats it :-D

i have ocd w/ my scale and i do weigh my self every day. i shouldnt but i do anyways, the scale i have isnt very accurate and sometimes reads diffrent weights depending where it is in the bathroom. so i try and make sure its always on the same square.patience is key especially bef your period.thanks for the support :D

MIne too! I have thought about looking into buying a better one..but it almost seems masacistic to spend money on another scale :-D
Patience isnt my middle name or last name... or even in my vocab..but im trying!
 
yeah i know what you mean, i hate my scale and as for patience well when it comes to everybody else i got lots but for myself i have none.

O.k so its like 11pm and im so p-o'd at my husband right now. he totally frustrates the crap out of me!!!!i'm not quite sure how it started but he's just been on my case about everything.nit picking at insignificant stuff,hes driving me completly nuts :mad: the recycle box?who gives a hoot about the f-ing box so i left it outside ill go get it when i feel like it,and if you dont like it go get it your own damn self(btw i got it after i was done cooking supper so sooooorry if i was busy for a minute)...not just the box but the sheets on the bed(are crooked :confused: ????they dont look crooked to me)the dishes are in the driying rack (b/c i just washed them and they were still wet) :eek: omg the world is coming to an end.....oh and heres the best one the "salad had to much spinach" :rolleyes: seemed fine to me......lets just say it didnt stop there. aparently i cant do anything right yet dont tell him to go do it him self b/c it's not his "job".......
... i swear they get pms too! now im cranky as heck and cant sleep. and my day was great until he came home and turned it around. well i dont know just thought i would vent here instead of eating a bag of chocolate chip cookies seemed like a good plan. right now i dont like him very much and he has some major a**kissing to do in the next couple of days! i think some yoga and deep breathing is in order...maybe a shower to relax or ill be up all night...really hope i get some sleep tonight :(

All right so very little sleep last night and my butt is really dragging today.but i feel better now that ive gone for a walk.now i need to focus on me and not my pain of a husband/ill figure out whats wrong w/ him later.
my time now-went for a walk boy is it ever cold and windy here almost needed a toque lol anyways it was refreshing and now im ready to do some strength training i do back today! i like doing this one i dont know why but back is replacing arms as my fave :) also have to do abs and get some cardio in tonight :) drink your water girl and get those vitamins in!!!

Thanks Newbride, im not quite sure whats up w/ him but i intend to get to the bottom of it tonight.what ever it is, :confused: its not fair that its taken out on me b/c i sure didnt do anything. he just ticks me off when he picks on what i do. just b/c im a stay at home mom sure doesnt mean that i work any less than he does.i certainly dont go to his work and tell him he does everything all wrong.
something is bugging him and instead of sharing it w/ me he keeps it all in and gets stressed out and i get the brunt of it.what fun :rolleyes:
 
:mad: “Men” they can be such a pain in the ass sometime cant they then right when your at the end of your tether they turn around and do something wonderful and we forgive them for everything lol. Come to think of it there just like kids really lol :D . Im sure its something from work though that’s upsetting him, we always make life hard for the ones we love when we are upset for some reason we think they will take our crap when it should be directed at someone else. Well done for coming here and venting instead of going for those biscuits :eek: and a walk… your doing terrific mate don’t let it all get to you to much. ;)
 
Smiley, I have found the perfect solution for our man problems... and it has its benefits as well. We all need veggies right...well...I plan on hitting my hubby upside the head w/ a shovel and of course after i strategically place him beside the hole (im not draggin his a@@ that far) and then I plan to use him as compost! I was thinking a nice cucumber & tomato garden..maybe some squash... I can almost bet Ill have the best damn garden around and everyone will want to know what I use for my soil...and I will say... "no, sorry, its a secret recipe"
I think this is a great idea. I am sure people will ask where he is..but ill say at work, cuz he's never freekin home anyway. After a while I will become famous for my world renowed veggies and become rich , ill be on the news, everyone will come visit my garden and Ill die happy...and w/out that old pain in my tush ive been haulin around, And! And ill have great veggies for my low cal diet! I think this is a win, win situation!

Rosered,K thanks for the support :) and your right it is a work/stress thing. He has this big job to do this weekend and its gonna drag on all summer....It's construction type wrk and hes not as active as he used to be so he gets sore and then hes cranky and starts to feel his age (36 thats not old)but it's what he says. anyways he cant get out of the job b/c its for family so now he's gonna be cranky all summer.Plus he stesses out over the smallest job details and worries about it all week. well lets just say im in for fun summer :rolleyes: .anyways i told him to stress out on his own time and not take it out on me b/c i sure as hell had nothing to do w/ it. he said he would try. so thats that for now.but hes still and a**(until i get over it)and he sure as hell wont be getting any for a while.the neighbour has a better chance ;)
 
Now for the positive stuff. i did a whole bunch of exercise yesterday,including my wt's i went for a walk, then a jog, then i did a video so exercise sure was covered yesterday. a jog and some fresh air helps relieve stress.nothing like getting a good sweat going gets all the stress out you go for a jog and you dont think about anything but pacing yourself and your breathing its great i love it, the shower afterwards helps too ;)

exercise for today: wts-chest (done i hate chest) cardio-elliptical 30 min(didnt do it hurt my self slipping down some stairs, lets just say im gonna have a bruise, good thing it was on one of my more padded body parts lolwell cardio is covered anyways i did a whole bunch yesterday)

what a busy day today! i had to go to swimming lessons then drive all the way to Cornwall to go shopping at Winners. i need something to wear to the SA dinner next saturday. let me tell ya shopping on a saturday SUCKS! so many ppl there, plus i had my 6 yr/old w/ me so that didnt go over well.he just wanted me to pick something and go...so i have nothing :( now i got to go back when he's in school and i just have my 2yr old.Hope i find something soon i dont have much time left.

exercise for today:cardio-found an old mixed cardio tape/ did power yoga~downward facing dog love it!cardio kickboxing~knee smash and jab/uppercut love it.i remember why i used to like this tape you do the kickboxing it makes you feel so powerful,guess thats why i like lifting weights i get such a rush from doing it :D

What a relaxing morning :) my son had a sleep over, my husband is gone to work and it's just me and my 2yr old daughter right now. shes got i cold and i ask her what would make her feel better and she said a bubble bath. so thats what we did she wanted me to go in there w/ her so we sat in the bubble bath until it got cold. i really enjoy it when i can spend some quality time w/ them one on one.the floor got all wet from the splashing even though the curtain was closed lol and i was sporting a santa beard for a while but it was fun. my daughters laughter was enough to make up for the mess and the fact that we looked like a prunes when we got out.
it's raining out so i dont think ill be going for a jog today. i'll probably do a tape or just take the day off ;)

159lbs!!!!and -3.25" down(-15.25"total)

sort of a late start to today but hey I CHANGED NUMBERS!!!! i have never been this small :Di'm so happy my total inches are down 3.25" in 2 weeks thats great!!!. and the suns out finally so what a great day!
