These darn abs

Hello, im semi-new to this forum. In the past 2 years ive gone from 370 pounds to about 185 right now (im 17 if you need to know). I run about 14 miles a day. Give or take 1 or 2 miles depending on the day. Now, im doing alot of weight training to every other day and i need lots of protein, but what sort of foods could give that to me with good fat or small amounts of bad fat?

Egg Whites, Cottage Cheese, Chicken, Tuna/Some other fish, Turkey, whey, etc..

But if you're looking to get your abs out, gotta get the fat off by cutting 500 calories to you RMR.
 
Resting Metabolic Rate - How many calories in a day you burn to survive... (aka basal metabolic rate)
 
Wow congrats on losing all that weight in the first place :) Don't give up.

Make sure you drink a lot of water.

Wow 14 miles... I'd NEVER be able to do that lol
