There and back again

Hey! :D I decided I need to stop being lazy right now. I have been so stressed out from school that I have been doing nothing and it's now starting to bother me. I havn't gained any weight back thankfully but before I do it's time to start back up calorie counting, exercise and weighing myself again. I have 30.4 lbs until I am at a "healthy" weight which is what my goal is right now. I just got so stressed out from school and such that I stopped but now it's getting nicer outside.. NOT it's snowing! Snowing in April!! I want to finish what I started. Lets do this!! I'm making my new weigh in day Friday and I will try to post every day to help keep myself on track. ;)
 
YAY for a new diary.. :) I've missed you :)

It'll be spring again - someday - i'd be really happy for the snow to go :) now...
 
Aw, I missed you too Mal. I missed this place and yes snow can leave now. :) I have decided to pre-decided the night before what I will eat the next day. I'm hoping that will help me with my eatting..now to actually exercise..
 
There and back again...an ehinatas tale... Sorry, your title reminds me of Lord of the Rings!

I think the idea of planning you meals the day before is a great idea! People always say that luck (or fate, can't remember) favors the prepared so now, you'll be armed and ready when the junk food tries to tempt you!
 
I went out with friends...the night before weigh in...oh well.. it will be ok..I'll start with 10 lbs at a time.

I'm at 166.6 at the moment.
 
you still have to have a life and have fun with friends - so just fit those splurges into your week and you'll be fine - one night out isn't gooing to wreck all the work you've done :) so enjoy..

and happy friday the thirteenth :D
 
School is driving me up the wall and it causes me to eat but I believe I have it under control and with only this week left and than finals I should be alright. I need to get back to the gym. My goal for the week is to go at least 4 times.

Alright, last day of school and yesterday I weighed myself..so I'm starting this summer hardcore! I even made a little food diary binder for myself. My goal weight is something I don't know yet. I would like to lose 10.5 lbs by Summer.

Starting weight = 221.2 Current weight = 168.8 Goal weight = TBA

Lost so far = 52.4lbs

sigh, I gained weight back but not much...just three pounds but still.. grrrr!!
 
Great going EHinata! You've lost heaps. That's probably the weight of ice-cream that I used to eat in a week! And I can't believe how lucky you Americans are, snow in April! Wow. I'm in Australia and we're having 20 degree days in May, opposite problem! I love the cold. Want to swap countries? *hopeful look*
