but we all know that... :)

p.s. im in houston lol

lots of work..

eating under 2000 and even 1800 calories some days.. always take a breather day and cheat.. eat like 2500 or 3000 sometimes even... mind u i burn 3500 on gym days..

i eat protein and amino acids before and after workouts.. first i lift.. then 40min or so of cardio.. workout 4-5 days a week..

pretty much what everyone else is saying do.. i just finally buckled down and did it.

Mad props on the weight loss. A lot of people always ask how you did that, but it comes down to discipline and man I can see you got it. Awesome job, I aspire to do the same.

Actually, mind if ask what kind of cardio workout you started with and what your doing now?

i started off with running... mostly because i feel its the best cardio there is..
in the beginning i'd start off doing a mile.. BUT i would do build ups.. id run so much (treadmill) then pause and do pushups like this..

.10 mile pause 5 pushups x 3 = .3 miles 15 pushups
.20 mile pause 10 pushups x 2= .4 miles 20 pushups
.30 mile pause 15 pushups x 1 = .3 miles 15 pushups..

1.0 mile and 50 pushups... it would take me around 13 minutes to do this work.. i did a steady 6.0 mph jog back then.. this made running seem alot EASIER cuz u can take a break.. after this i would jump on the eliptical for 10 or 15 minutes to keep my heartrate up... another great thing is to hit the punching bag for 15 minutes or so hard.. or do ladders (football days)..

thats what really got me inclined to doing cardio.. i got to where i would do 2 miles in 15 minutes and 3 in 24 minutes.. then my knee and achilles tendon said.. hey quit lol.... so now i just do 45 minutes eliptical and punching bag + ladders.. low impact... (my training intentions were military based but since injurys.. BAH)... now its just looking good based..

hope this helped

Thanks for the tips. I lost a lot of weight in high school jogging, so I can still keep up with what I used to do. I can do around 2.5-3 miles in around 35 minutes.

I really like the idea about the pushups in the interval. Could help change things up and keep it exciting. I just think the people in the gym will think I am crazy.
:)
