Motivation a.s.a.p please!
Hello my name is Shy and I'm 18years old although I don't look like it much anymore but I have lost 110 lbs
but 40 of it found me ): I always promised myself I'd never see that weight again it wasnt lost but gone, however
after breaking my promise I fell in a depression. I need motivation back I feel like I wont be truly me intill I get back in
my groove I was once in. I'm slowly creeping back in but.. im missing something to truly fully motivate me. I workout everday
but my eatting habbiats were destroyed.I want to continue my weight loss journey once more and finish it and help people through theres. I'm in inspiring personal trainer.
BACKROUND :
(Red hair 219lbs)
It took 3 years for me to loose the 110lbs I started when I was 14 at 219lbs it was an extremely healthy weight loss journey
until, when I was 17 I got to a unhealthy 108lbs. I started to become unhealthy when I got to my goal weight.
Weight loss can be dangerous it puts stress and the desire to be the skinniest person in the room at all times its a true addiction.
I did suffer from being bulimic it was a experience that I think has made me a way stronger person now though.

However I met my boyfriend that I now live with and been with 2years, he saw my problem and fixed that shit real quick,
but then
tooooo much weight was back on and thats when I fell into the black hole of depression but now Im coming back.
I'm happy and comfterable with
my body now even though im not where i'd like to be I'm currently 149lbs(I have lost weight I got back up to 160)
I'd like to be a healthy 120-125 since I know my limits now and can have all the self-control now. Being in both
worlds of to fat and to skinny can really put a lot on someone either way you will be pointed out and be called
names from others but im glad it happen to me I know I can take my knowledge
and help guide others. So they don't have to go through what I did.
ANYWAYS I'm asking for motivation from others, tell me about your weight-loss journey and share some tips with me.
Im really passionate about working out considering id like to be a trainer so any little tricks or tips about controling yourself more
with eatting would be great!
