I don't think you're eating enough..I'd have something larger for lunch and maybe you'll feel a bit better. Listen to your body! If you're hungry, EAT! A diet shouldn't be about depriving yourself--it's substituting all the crap food, for the healthy food! There's nothing that says you can't have fruit/salads all day long if you want as long as you stay within your cals. If you eat under your cals then you'll feel sucky and you're body will stop loosing weight! Hope you feel better soon <3 xxx
 
I'm not depriving myself at all! I just feel like I'm eating too much

Weighed myself today and I'm 124.4lbs. Sigh. I did weigh myself after school and I was 123.8, so maybe that was water weight.

Breakfast - mini bagel (100cals)
Lunch - handful of steamed baby carrots, 1/4 tofurkey sandwich, half a handful of pecans (unmessed with... aka not roasted/salted), and half a black coffee from Starbucks which I drank during my calc exam XD
Dinner - err... didn't really have dinner cause I'm not hungry but I did have a glass of rice milk and an oreo


So I think I should cut down a bit more, since I'm still gaining apparently. I'll look into that.

Really though, I don't feel like I'm depriving myself =) Eating makes my stomach hurt a lot though. The potatoes and stuff yesterday were because my mom made me eat them, it wasn't my choice at all.

tofurkey - Id love to taste that, I had a vegetarian sausage the other day and was surprised how tasty it was.

Hope you went well in your calc exam - I'm an engineer so have done a bit of maths in my time - and calculus was always my worst maths subject.

Veggie stuff is awesome =D The only problem with most veggie burgers is that they have eggs/milk =/ Damn animal-killing industry...

Today...
-banana
-mini bagel
-toasted half of whole wheat bagel with slice of tofurkey
-small bowl of steamed veggies with a little soy sauce
-2 oreos
-half handful of pistachios
-3/4 glass of hemp milk

Current weight: 123.6. Guess that was mostly water weight yesterday!
 
How many calories are you eating a day? It seems like you're not eating enough. At least to me it doesn't look like you're getting at least 1200..I know not eating enough can cause weight gain because it messes with your metabolism.

You want your eggs and milk from live animals ;) Being on a diet is hard for me You have awesome self control to be on a vegan diet.
 
I'd have to agree with the others that you are not eating enough. I really think it would benefit you to talk to a nutritionist or a doctor about your feelings around food and how it makes your stomach ache when you eat. You posted on the 19th and said you couldn't sleep but your other posts say when you eat you get sleepy so maybe you didn't eat enough that day.
I really don't think you are doing this in a very healthy way - I'm not trying to put you down I'm just worried about you and think you have a really negative view of food and that putting anything in your mouth is going to make you gain weight. You sound like you have an eating disorder - and this is just my opinion. I don't want to sound harsh but I just read through your whole journal and I feel really sorry for you. I think you need help and someone to talk to about your issues.
