The 56# weight for distance
A lot of these events were a pain in the ass since the implements were wet.
Breamar stone (25#)
And the caber
the caber was a horrid event since the poles had been sitting out in the rain all night and all morning soaking in the rain.
Unfortunately my camera person wasn't as reseliant to the cold as I was...so I'm missing pics of the light weight for distance, the open stone, and the hammer. We didn't get too do the sheaf toss because of the rain but we did the open stone which sucked.
But here's me all chalked up, wet, and cold. I'm much better looking when I'm not so cold
I had a great time. I beat almost all my old distances which was really good considering the weather and events slipping and the ground having no traction too it. We'll be hosting a 'throwdown' here in OKC in two weeks. Some guys from Tulsa, Texas, and Arkansas are comin'. It should be cool...food, dancing, throwing, music, etc
