I have a kettlebell collecting dust in my garage right now. You may have motivated me to dust it off and do some squats here and there! Slow it may be, but consistency is key! I rhymed. Not on purpose. :p Keep up the good work!!

Welcome back. I too have been gone for while and just recently started checking things out again. Looks like you are on the right path. You have done this before and you are well on your way to accomplishing your goal. Keep up the good work!

So I've lost 1..8 pounds since my last update. Not to bad. I know if I would just push myself a little bit more it would come off faster...but I am honestly ok with it. I don't feel deprived and I feel pretty balanced with my food.
