The Time is Now

I kind of drifted from my last last thread... I'm ready to start a new beginning... I had a good workout going and for some reason I tried to fix something that wasn't broke, and I ended breaking it, lol
Everytime you fail you now have another opportunity to start fresh and with more wisdom and knowledge than before... talk about the glass being half full :) or did I mean empty? lol
but Today is Tuesday Feb 27th 2007... the time is now, in order to lose weight for the future you have to work today....

its 11:13am and I've had a banana and a breakfast bar and a cup of milk
I'm going to head over to the gym, do 10 min in the sauna, sip on some water, and do 60min on the treadmill at 3.0mph I'll be back later to update

have yourself a great day...

thank you very much, and for the quick response... I also really really like your quote in your signature... A (wo)man who wants something will find a way; a (wo)man who doesn't will find an excuse. - Stephen Dolley Jr.
I wish I would have found that quote already, cause its so true :)
btw, you have a great day too

Yep, time to jump back on the wagon. Carpe diem! Forget about the past and do what needs to be done now.

Welcome back and congrats on the new start!

How was your walk?

it was good, I sweat all that beer I drank last night, lol and I feel like ALMOST a million bucks, :D
I did 60 minutes well techincally 62 minutes with treadmill cooldown on a treadmill at 3.0mph I did 10 min in the sauna before the walk, and after the walk... I think I drank to much water during my walk, so I felt the need to sweat some more... I weighed myself and I didn't gain as much weight as I thought I did from the lay off... only about 3-5lbs, and I think most of it was water weight and I got a little stronger as well... my lowest weight as of my dietary changes is 303-305.. I'm about 307-310 right now so it shouldn't be but a week before I'm back on track... :)

for reference here is what my weekly routine is going to look like as of now

monday:
squat/quads/hams/calves
cardio: 3.0mph 30min

tuesday:
cardio: 3.0mph 60min

wednesday:
bench/dumbellincline/dumbbellshoulderpress/tricepcablepushdowns

thursday:

friday:
dumbbellrows/cableseatedrows/reverselatpulldowns/dumbbellcurls
cardio: 3.0mph 30min

saturday:

sunday:

well today I ate:

cereal bar a banana and milk for breakfast
2 chicken breasts and apotato and a glass of milk for lunch
2 chicken breasts and a glass of milk for dinner
5 oreos and a glass of milk for dessert/protein

I went out with some friends and we stopped at 7 elevens, I bought a chocolate milk and a kitkat bar, lol I know I Know
and we went to the movies and saw that movie 23, btw which was a good movie if you like mysteries and conspiracies... and I bought a large coke at th emovies and drank half of it and gave the rest to a friend...

the first week I allow myself a few days to adjust to my strict dieting again... my body I could tell was used to getting those late night calories... it wont be long before that hunger is suppressed from all the exercising and cardio I'll be enduring throughout the week..

I play pool also a lot, and believe it or not, that is some type of exercise, I'm always walking or standing or aiming ect... it keeps me moving when theres nothing to do.. so if that counts for anything... I usually play pool at least every other day.. something I enjoy and is therapeutic to me...

I'll be posting up for tomorrow morning and concluding for tomorrow night as well..
the plan for tomorrow is
bench x10x10x10
dumbbellinclinepress: x10 x10 x10
dumbbellshoulderpress: x10 x10 x10
tricepcablepushdowns: x10 x10 x10
cardio: treadmill 3.0mph 30minutes
I'll write all the details as follows for tomorrow

Wednesday February 28th 2007
breakfast: bowl of raisin bran cereal and milk
I'm going to go do my workout at the gym, and update on how that went

Your routine looks really well balanced.

Pool seems like a great idea. It's more active than sitting on the couch and it would be easier to avoid snacking while playing.

March 01 2007 Thursday,
worked today, so far today I've had
bowl of raisin bran cereal for breakfast
at work I had a sugar free no fear energy drink gatorade and a banana
lunch I had 2 pieces of pizza and a breadstick and a glass of milk (work was rough today so I decided I could afford it)

its currently 7:43pm... my gym is a 24 hour gym, and I don't have to work tomorrow, so I'll probably go do my 60 minutes of cardio around 10 or something.... I'll update you when I do and how I feel
