The time is nigh!

Mmmmmkay. Eating out yesterday wasn't as bad as i thought. I really didn't want to, but it was either eat then or wait 4 more hours and i didn't get to eat breakfast so that was not gonna happen lol. I had some baked chicken and rice. Was a ton of food but i only ate twice yesterday so it wasn't bad. Down 10lbs. My scale is still trippy but my grandmother had a good one so she saved my day. Ran 2 miles yesterday, and did my p90x. Going to do another 2 maybe 3 miles today along with my p90x.

I wouldn't say i've been counting calories, but i have been paying attention to what i eat more. Like, I don't really care if wheat bread is better for me and less everything than white bread. I just cannot eat a turkey sandwich on wheat lol. Id rather run another mile just to justify it. I would rather eat less of the normal food than having to deal with the "we say they taste the same but they don't" diet counterparts.

...now im off to make that turkey sandwich and start my day off right. Hope anyone reading this has a wonderful day. <3
 
Good day. Jogged 2 miles then went and made a salad. Decided i wanted another mile so i got 3 in today which makes me happy. Did some HIITI(High Intensity Interval Training) during the first mile. Read up on it today and it seems reasonable plus its really demanding which i like. Getting ready to do my p90x for the day and go to sleep. Wish the people from work would call so i can go in already. I am so broke X_X;;
 
Just tried one of the more push-up oriented p90x videos. I cannot do these, without a doubt it would do me more harm than good. I broke my wrist in three places a while back and i just have a hard time putting pressure on it without it killing me the next day. Owell, maybe ill be able to do them when it doesn't feel like an elephant is on my wrists.
 
I had to take a week long break due to some personal and friend issues. I am still down 10lbs though so i really didnt go forwards or backwards. Well, time to get back on track.
